On a wintery night in Baldur's Gate, a party of unlikely heroes gather at the Red Dragon Tavern. They meet Lula, a fallen celestial who begs for their help recovering the Soul Anchor, a precious artifact now stolen and bound for the Nine Hells. Before they can agree, Lula's traitorous plane-touched sister appears, stealing their souls along with the Soul Anchor.
Our heroes follow, journeying through the Nine Circles of Hell.
Can they recover the Lula's treasure and their souls before they fall into the claws of the ArchFiend Asmodeus, himself? They must find both before they are used to claim every other soul in the mortal realm!
